Introducing...DMU Square Mile :)
Hey Guys! It's 'Mi' again lol but you can call Mi Bubblez. I'm a student at De Montfort University and I study 'Advertising and Marketing Communications'. I love doing doing all kinds of multi media projects on the side of university and charitable work. Volunteering with DMU Square Mile has given me the opportunity to creatively use my media, presenting and communication skills in a more structured and proffesional manner. The projects they are involved with from charities to teaching are absolutely amazing and I felt so privileged to volunteer as Mark Charlton's 'Media Support Officer' for the #RaveTo100 campaign. The video I created is on the Square Mile site and I am really happy they were pleased and supported the production. Currently I am volunteering to help out with the media aspect of the programme. I'm starting to make podcasts/interviews and mini documentaries of the DMU Square Mile's Projects. I'm excited to crack on with these productions but mostly to learn more about educating and sentimental Programmes one could get involved with. I think the DMU Square Mile Programme is a great opportunity for students to use their spare time at University to build themselves personally and use their qualities and traits to benefit themselves productively by benefitting others around them. DMU Square Mile gives students the opportunity to use their free time at University productively. Students are able to volunteer however they comfortable to and can use their time to enhance any skills they want for future employment. From communication, campaigns and charity...DMU Square Mile do it all. I look forward to being more involved with the University Programme! Here's the link of my coverage on the DMU Square Mile's #RaceTo1000 Campaign.
